When you use the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, the role you select and the property, portfolio or question you describe. We also receive anything you include when you email or call us.

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to run and secure the site.

How We Use It

We use what you send to review your inquiry, respond to you and evaluate the property or opportunity you describe. We do not sell your information.

Property information is not shared with outside parties without your permission. If an opportunity moves forward and sharing details with a third party, such as an outdoor advertising operator or a permitting office, is needed, we ask first.

Service Providers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Keeping and Deleting Information

We keep inquiries as long as they are useful for following up on an opportunity or as required for our records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing [email protected].
